The objective of Phase 5 is to monitor and improve the manufacturing process by specifying requirements such as reducing process variation to continually improve customer satisfaction during nixsan production. ANPQP applies to all external suppliers including vehicle, powertrain and service parts and can apply to external suppliers of direct materials and in-house suppliers of production parts.
